Favourite food: Chocolate! On its own or with berries. Odd food combo? Pomelo with cayenne pepper. Hot!
Favourite food gadget: Mini food chopper (great way to mix my favourite combination of garlic, ginger and green onions).
Favourite cookbook: There are too many to choose from! I’m a big fan of Michael Pollan’s approach to food – Eat Food. Not Too Much. Mostly Plants.
